• License: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the carousel for personal or business use on one (1) single website unless a multi-site license is purchased.

• Prohibitions: You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the Olive Cross Carousel or any of its components to third parties.

2. Purchase and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All prices are listed in USD (or your local currency) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. "All Sales Final" & Refund Policy

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olive Cross Carousel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Olive Cross Carousel, including but not limited to website downtime, data loss, or technical conflicts with third-party plugins.

7. Local Pickup Only Policy The Olive Cross Carousel is an intricately designed, delicate item that is not available for shipping. All purchases are strictly for Local Pickup only at our designated location in East Longmeadow.

• No Shipping: Any request to ship an item after purchase will be denied.

• Inspection: The Customer is responsible for inspecting the carousel at the time of pickup. Once the item has been handed over and leaves the pickup location, it is considered accepted "As-Is" and in perfect condition.

• Abandonment: Items not picked up within [e.g., 14 days] of purchase may be subject to a storage fee or cancellation without a refund, as per our "All Sales Final" policy.
